A Night to Remember High School Band Expo will be held 6:30 p.m. Thursday, September 23, 2010 at Albertville High School. All Marshall County high schools are invited to present their half-time shows at this annual fundraiser for Alzheimer’s Services of Marshall County. Mark your calendar now and join us for this fun community event!

Walkers of all ages are invited to participate in our one mile A Night to Remember Walk beginning at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, September 23 at the Albertville Chamber of Commerce prior to the Band Expo. We are recruiting teams now to walk and raise money to support those in Marshall County who are coping with Alzheimer’s or dementia. To learn how you can help, click on the Walk Team Captain’s Kit.

MISSION STATEMENT

     Alzheimer's Services of Marshall County (ASMC) is a non-profit, volunteer organization and resource center serving Alzheimer's patients, caregivers, and professionals.

     Our mission is:

  1. To provide patient and family with support, information, education, and referral services;
  2. To educate the public and health care professionals about Alzheimer's disease and dementia;
  3. To advocate for improved public awareness for patients, family members and other caregivers;
  4. To support dementia research.

OUR GOALS

  1. To provide safe and caring support options.
  2. To help individuals maintain their highest possible physical and mental health.
  3. To offer extensive support to families and caregivers.
